Refund policy

I have a 7-day return policy for NEW jewelry pieces, which means you have 7 days after receiving your jewelry to request a return. Unfortunately, pre-owned/vintage jewelry cannot be returned. As my small business continues to grow, I will work toward expanding and improving my return policies. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns so we can work together to find a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with no signs of wear, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at charlynjewels@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I will assess the situation and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including pre-owned/vintage pieces, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this time, I do not offer exchanges. Please contact me at charlynjewels@gmail.com if you need assistance with any concerns.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. Please note that I cannot issue full refunds for new jewelry that is returned damaged or shows signs of wear. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
