Antique 14k Aquamarine Ring

A lovely two-tone antique aquamarine ring that is set in 14k yellow gold with a white gold top. This ring features an elongated hexagonal aquamarine center with an estimated weight of 1 carat. The ring has milgrain detail along with one rose-cut accent diamond on each side. A true treasure.
