For all my heart lovers this is a substantial vintage 14k yellow gold heart charm with a bezel set smoky quartz gemstone weighing an estimated 65 carats! It can be worn as a pendant, or get creative with it and add to a keychain! I would recommend adding a jump ring so it can be a little more versatile.
